I love the idea of their relationship being like that too. I mean Frank doesn't seem to respect the idea of personal space to begin with so I can just imagine him always leaning, climbing and laying all over Gee.
I love "friends-into-lovers" fics also. Just the idea of two people being so close, knowing so much about each other, having all that trust and mutual experience to start with and then - boom - they figure out they're actually in love with their best friend. Love that stuff. It's right up there with High School AUs which are my other favourite.
