I must admit I was really nervous about reader's reactions to this fic because the subject matter is so strange, and I kind of figured the self-cest would be a turn-off for people. I'm so glad you took a chance on it despite that! I mean, let's face it, the whole point of me writing this fic in the first place was to make a Gerard sandwich, I'm not even going to bother trying to hide that! I'm so happy and relieved the action came across well - I was really scratching my head about writing that because I'm SO not an action writer, but there you. I'm thrilled you liked the ending - getting Frank back to 2005 and to his Gerard was what the story was leading towards so I'm glad that was emotionally satisfying. And I am absolutely in agreement about the idea that Frank then manages to put off the apocalypse and his experience helps to inform Danger Days.
