I have also not read as much BBB fic as I would like because I've suddenly turned into a Panic!wife and have been compulsively writing lots of Dallon fic that I never seem to have time to edit. HOWEVER. My favourite BBB that I've read so far is Recognize Myself (http://fifteendozentimes.dreamwidth.org/4416.html), Jon/Ryan where Jon is trans. It's not an easy read, because there are some pretty heavy issues in there, but I kind of want to hug it forever for the way that relationships and sex are so difficult, and sometimes Jon and Ryan hurt each other and the relationship takes a lot of effort but they make it work, damn it. Fandom aside, it's just a brilliant piece of writing - although I do also like the way it explains the Panic split, in a way that's very real and believable and doesn't leave you annoyed at either side.
