I so glad you continue to work in this verse. I think this is a part of the story that needed telling, and I can imagine that some authors wouldn't want to as it isn't necessarily easy.
Of course I loved the Frank/Gerard moments, but it was truly Ray and Mikey's story in a really positive and interesting way. Their pain and confusion was still engaging to read, even though I knew the ending.
I loved the intercrossing of the two stories in the epilogue: 'Frank. The stowaway from 2005 who's too young, too clueless and reminds Ray too much of everything they've lost'.
I for one would fully support more in this verse. How do Mikey and Ray get together in the alternate future once Frank returns to his time?
