Man, I cannot wait for them to plan another tour (seeing them nine times this past year was clearly not enough) - even though Brendon really needs to just NOT TALK a lot of the time. Speaking of which, this bit:
"My good friend Dallon Weekes was saying to me (pitches up voice very bigh) "YOU KNOW WHAT BRENDON?" no really (pitches voice normal again) he said "you know what Brendon, you worry too much!" I asked him what about and he said "EVERYTHING! Brendon, you need to relax, you need to stop worrying about things that shorten life and just LIVE LIFE.
"Ian had some advice for me too, he said to me "Brendon..... you're a little BITCH. And then he punched me. In the mouth." I said, "you're right! I am, but why?" He told me, "Brendon, if you want to have THE RAINBOW, you need to learn to deal with THE RAIN"
which he's doing as told to him by Dallon and Ian, now? Was totally a story about Eric Nally from Foxy Shazam when they were touring together in the fall. Which is to say: he's been doing pretty much all the same riffs for last tour and this, just changing them up a little. I mean, I read through that and was all, yep, yep, he's still doing THAT? *facepalm* OH, BRENDON.
You're not at all wrong in your opinions on all the rest of the band, either. Ian, in particular. Though I wish they made better use of Dallon up there. Basically, I seriously hope they make the both of them full band members and really take what they have to offer and use it to excellent effect on the next album. 'Cos they could take the whole affair up a few notches if they did, for sure.
