I am breaking my self-imposed LJ-ban to quickly wave and say that I'm not gone forever I'm just drowning in my bandombigbang right now as I rush to get some kind of conclusion slapped together before the end of the 30th April (in Hawaii). Thank god I will have a month to polish, I am going to need it.

I know I have tonnes to catch up on and I saw that gracie321 wrote OTP high school fic and slashxyouxup wrote OTP paint!sex fic and coreopsis wrote Bob/Skiba and villiagegreen and b_dsaint both wrote ficlets galore and I'm sure there is a bunch more I have missed, not to mention all the Wave 1 BBB I want to catch up on.

But first: an ending, a title and a summary. Particularly the ending. I am very nervous that I am not going to finish this in time.

Hahahahahaa. MY DRAFT IS NOT STUNNING. I honestly have half a dozen scenes where I'm like "THIS ISN'T WRITTEN, BUT HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS". I really wish it was in better shape but *handwave* hopefully if I manage to interest any fanmixers they wont hate me for it. There's lots of porn!

See I am worrying that fanmixers will not know what to do with mine because it's gen. I'm hoping it being a crazy bus race will inspire people to make a roadtrippy kind of mix maybe? speep thinks it will be hilarious for artists but I have no idea what kind of mix I'd make for this.

I bet fanmixers will love it though; having a pairing makes things instantly easier to mix for, and I find mixing isn't about the actual scenes so much as the atmosphere, and that's probably not something you'll change that much on editing.

Ha, yours sounds fun and I wouldn't worry about mixers, you will get all sorts of road-movie, adrenaline pumping stuff like Jesus Built My Hot Rod and Kickstart My Heart and Back In Black. Oh and Let's Go Faster by the Stray Cats. AHAHAHAHA. Oh man you nearly have a mix already. I think you'll be fine.
