When I saw the name of the mix I knew straight up I was in for a treat. Colour me extra excited when I saw that there is actually a song in existence called Me Plus One. And it's GREAT!

But I'm getting ahead of myself - first LOOK AT THE COVER ART. Look how gorgeous it is! Headlines and movie tickets WITH LITTLE UMBRELLAS ON THEM. Not to mention the coffee stains and oh is that Number Five I see? Yes it is! (Sorry, I'm exciteable)

And then of course, there is the mix itself, from the incredibly appropriate lyrics of Our Life Is Not A Movie Or Maybe to Bright Lights by Empires, bringing to mind set pieces and busy crew. Awkward Last Words is so incredibly Gerardly and Little Motel brings to my mind Patrick in his lush five star room at the Versace - I hope that you like it in your little motel / And I hope that the suite sleeps and suits you well.

I fell desperately in love with Plane, much to my surprise - there's just so much longing in it. Long Distance Call is all kinds of perfect for Gerard and Brian and Suspended In Gaffa has been stuck in my head for weeks now.

Really though, the whole mix is so great, for me it really captures the moods of the fic and it's introduced me to a whole lot of music I probably wouldn't have heard otherwise. I have seriously been listening to it non-stop. Thanks so much to
