The shorts are from the Houston 2007(?) show, the shirtlessness is because Gerard was yelling at the boys to take their shirts off, so both Ray and Frank did. >:)

But am I the only one that does not find the short shorts on Gerard Way at all attractive? I mean, Gerard Way is an attractive man, I can appreciate that even as someone who does not like the peen.
