PHASE ONE: BB!PATRICK
Let's all remember he was like, 16/17 when he joined the band? He was young and just incredibly cute, see? Look at him being all adorable and hiding under his hats and being shy.

Aw look, he's trying so hard to be hardcore and cuss at you but I just, I don't buy it. He shouldn't swear he just sounds campy.
PHASE TWO: CUDDLY!PATRICK
I know, cuddly is a shit word to use, but he did grow up and he did put on some weight, and I don't think that helped much with the shy thing, he just kept on hiding under those hats and singing his fucking heart out and continuing to be ADORABLE.
This is the phase where I "found" Patrick. In fact I can pinpoint the EXACT photo. It's THIS ONE:
I like to call it Patrick Stump: Accidentally Superhot. Because, just... LOOK at him. LOOK AT HIM. He is so into his music he has no idea how hot he is. Ngh. Yeah.

So FOB went on hiatus and Patrick started working on solo stuff and kind of disappeared from view for a while. And when he came back he looked like THIS:
I know, right? WTF? WHAT HAPPENED TRICK? HOW ARE YOU AGING BACKWARDS?

Just. You guys. I mean I admit, I miss the shy hats-and-glasses Patrick, but STILL. *hands*

Let's start by reminding ourselves just HOW little they were when they started hanging out.

Have I mentioned yet how they are both GIANT DORKS? Because they are:
I actually think Pete brings Patrick's dorkyness screaming to the fore.
Apparently it is possibly to be extremely dorky WHILE beaming at each other.
And speaking of beaming, hey Pete SMILE A LITTLE FUCKING WIDER while Patrick admires you. You just love him. You do.

Did I mention how Pete is feeling Patrick up while he's trying to talk? Hahahahhaa. For those of you can't do video it goes a little something like this:

i think this is my favorite picture of them ever, because pete looks so vulnerable and small in this (not as confident and loud as he usually is) and patrick is strong enough for both of them, holding him up (& together).
