YES. I WROTE PANIC. Not only did I write Panic, I wrote bb!OT3 high school Panic fic with always-a-girl!Spencer. Because apparently when I decide to write outside my comfort zone, I go WAY OUT of my comfort zone.

Also, the BB OT3 high school AU was my SECOND attempt at writing this fic. My first attempt was going to be always-a-girl!Spencer/Ryan/Brendon established relationship fic where Ryan fucks up his flight on Christmas Eve and instead of having their first Christmas in LA like they planned, Brendon and Spencer have to road trip to Salt Lake City to find him and they have their first Christmas together in a hotel room at a random Holiday Inn. With sex. Punishing Ryan for missing his flight sex. Of course I got one scene into that fic before it all petered out and I just had to switch tracks if I wanted ANY hope of finishing on time.

I still have that first failed attempt at that fic, and I'm going to post it here like some kind of DVD-extra:

So that was my bandomstuffsit adventure. How was yours? Was it easy to write your fic, or excruciatingly hard? Were you writing for someone you knew, or a stranger? Did you have to challenge yourself to fill your recipient's wishes, or did they turn out to be your long lost fic soulmate? Was there any fic you were DYING to find out who wrote? (I was desperate to know who wrote my gift, as well as the gorgeous Frank+Ways fic, which turned out to be sneaky_sena so my masterlist-backreading-frenzy is only getting larger and larger...)

It continues to be VERY apparent that I just can't write commentfic.

I haven't posted in forever, and I'm getting into that funk where it's getting harder and harder to make a post because it's been so long since I've made a post. So I'll try to break the cycle with this timestamp, the only one I've managed to finish since work got crazy and tired me out and drained me of all writing ability.

I honestly have THOUGHTS about the other timestamp prompts, I just can't seem to put them into words. I'm sorry I am the slowest human being (especially for not being able to write the pizza'verse one for slashxyouxup yet. :( I'm sorry.) Hopefully I can shake my muse back to life soon.
