This fic/podfic was made in the spirit of pod_together. It was written by ladyfoxxx and performed by podklb, with input from the other at each stage.

ladyfoxxx's notes: I was more than a little bummed when bandombigbang deadlines meant I wasn't able to participate in the completely awesome pod_together challenge, so when an opportunity arose to do a co-op with podklb I leapt at it. It was such a fun experience, from the very first recording she was bringing the words off the page and infusing them with life. The opportunity to have so much input into the process was pretty eye opening and I'm humbled at how much time and effort went into this recording. Every word sounds better and I'm totally stoked with the result.

podklb's notes: This was a lot of fun to work on, and getting director's notes straight from the author, both early on before I recorded and then again before I did my final edit, was really interesting. I went into this thinking that it was a simple story, and while it still does have a lovely simplicity to it, I found so much more in it by the time we were done. And it was like finding treasure. So fun :)

"I'm in the future?" Frank asks, already knowing the answer, but needing to fucking hear it, goddamnit. He steps closer to the red-haired Gerard. "Gee, what year is it?"

"It's 2019."
